This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Marko Dog Grooming Salon. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Marko Dog Grooming Salon provides professional dog grooming services in Dumbrăvița, Timiș County, Romania.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be made:

• By phone
• Online (if the booking form is available)
• By message, subject to availability

An appointment is considered confirmed confirmed once it has been accepted by the salon.

We reserve the right to refuse appointments in cases involving aggressive dogs or dogs that cannot be handled safely, in order to protect both the animal and our staff.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Delays of up to 10 minutes may be accepted, depending on the schedule.
• Longer delays may result in:
  • Shortening of the grooming service
  • Rescheduling
  • Cancellation of the appointment

We respect each client’s time and each dog’s individual grooming pace.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will always try to find a suitable solution, as long as there is communication.

5. No-Show (Failure to Attend Without Notice)

If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us in advance, a no-show fee will be charged soat your next visit.

This policy exists to protect the time reserved for you and allow us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

6. Dog Welfare and Behavior

Our services are provided with gentleness, patience, and respect for the animal.

We do not use:

• Anesthesia
• Forced sedation

If a dog is extremely stressed, aggressive, or poses a risk to itself or our staff, the service may be:

• Interrupted
• Adapted
• Refused

Your dog’s safety comes first.

7. Pricing

The final price may vary depending on:

• The condition of the coat
• The degree of matting
• The dog’s behavior
• The time required to complete the service

Any price adjustment will be communicated before or during the service.

8. Liability

Marko Dog Grooming Salon cannot be held responsible for:

• Pre-existing medical conditions
• Undisclosed allergic reactions
• Unexpected behavior from the dog

By bringing your dog to the salon, you confirm that your dog is fit for grooming and that you have informed us of any relevant health conditions.

9. Photography and Promotion

We may take photographs of your dog before and after the service, exclusively for presentation and promotional purposes.

If you do not want your dog’s images to be used, please inform us explicitly.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
The latest version will always be available on the website.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably or by the competent courts.
